Riad Faour, CEO
Over the last 14 years, Riad has firmly established himself in the engineering and construction industry. He has assumed primary roles in delivering major projects in the light metals industry, Hydroelectricity and Petrochemicals.
He has a Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and the Project Management Institute and he is a certified project management professional (PMP) since 2002.
Minh-Quang Tran, Project Manager
Minh has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and fabrication specialized in the petrochemicals, refining and oil and gas industries. Minh has an in-depth knowledge of project phases, technical and management standards, and supervision of engineering and fabrication teams. He has delivered projects in countries around the world.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). He is also a Certified Professional Welding Engineer and Welding Supervisor by Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB).
Jean Guillemette, Engineering Manager
More than 23 years experience in the design of engineering equipment and challenging technical solutions. Jean has an impressive track record and has assumed the roles of general manager and engineering director for major players in the manufacturing industry.
Jean’s experience in the Aluminum industry includes a long list of potline equipment, cast house equipment, and carbon plant equipment. He has designed and managed fabrication for major hydroelectric equipment in Canada and overseas. Jean’s engineering work has also covered other industries such as pulp and paper and petrochemicals.
Luc Olivier, Proposal Manager
More than 35 years of experience in the management of projects and manufacturing companies. Luc has extensive experience in aluminum industry equipment and aircraft manufacturing.
Joël Gaudreault, Commissioning manager and senior mechanical designer
With more than 20 years of experience in the design of industrial equipment and the supervision of industrial construction in various industries, Joël elevates any team's knowledge in the constructability of industrial solutions.
He has delivered important projects as a senior designer, site supervisor and commissioning manager. He has thorough knowledge of the industrial environment in the aluminum smelters, Pulp and Paper, Energy and Petrochemicals a Save nd a proven track record of success leading construction management teams.
Gilbert Laroche, Commissioning manager and senior automation designer
More than 25 years experience in the engineering, site supervision and commissioning management, Gilbert assumed primary roles in major projects in the Aluminum industry, Petrochemical industry and Water treatment.
Aluminum industry experience includes major projects in Canada for Lauralco, Alcan, and Alouette, and overseas in Argentina, Australia and Qatar. Petrochemical industry experience includes the mega project of Hibernia and other refinery expansion projects
